Jungle Runner may offer in-game items or currency for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We may change the prices of in-game items or currency at any time without notice.

You may have the opportunity to submit, upload, or otherwise contribute content to Jungle Runner, including but not limited to text, images, and video (“User Content”). You retain all rights to your User Content, but by submitting, uploading, or otherwise contributing User Content, you grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the game and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

Jungle Runner is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with Jungle Runner, including without limitation the software licensed to you and the results obtained through Jungle Runner. Specifically, we disclaim any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, usefulness, or content of information, products or services, and 2) any warranties of title, warranty of non-infringement, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable (whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or other theory) for any damages, including without limitation direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages, including without limitation, loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business, data or sales, or cost of substitute goods or services, arising out of or in connection with Jungle Runner or the use, inability to use, or the results of use of Jungle Runner, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not we are advised of the possibility of such damages.
